Finnframe®
The Finnframe flooring system is an integrated state-of-the-art solution that provides floor structures quickly, efficiently and economically.
The system consists of Finnforest engineered wood products that are created to a customised design. The basic components of the system are Finnforest I-joists (Finnjoist), Kerto-S trimmers and headers, Kerto-Q rim beams and their ready-made details and connections.
The heart of the system is the Finnframe software which converts your own floor plans into a 3-D image of the supporting structure together with a complete bill of materials and detailed site plans. The software designs both floor panels and floors built on site.
Finnframe software is available in two environments - UK and France - and requires a written partner agreement with the local Finnforest office.
Finnwood®
Simple and easy to use, Finnwood software performs calculations for individual beams and columns made of Kerto® and other Finnforest products. A user-friendly interface makes designing structural members fast, efficient and effective.
Finnwood enables users to freely choose the geometry of the structural system including spans, support widths, slopes and loadings. After the geometry and loads have been selected, the software calculates the optimal member size and prints out full structural calculations - simple!
The software has been localised for many European countries, including the UK, France, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Belgium, Spain and Portugal. Each localization calculates according to the locally valid building code or standard, such as Eurocode 5 and its National Annex.
