The major emissions to air (carbon dioxide) are caused by energy production and transportation of raw materials and final products. We work continuously to improve the energy efficiency of our production processes.
The production processes generate only a small amount of effluents which are usually fed to municipal or Finnforest’s own wastewater treatment systems.
